After its London season, the show will embark on an extensive UK and Ireland tour, opening at Theatre Royal Windsor on 26 August 2026.
The tour will visit cities including Leeds, Nottingham, Sheffield, Dublin and Oxford throughout autumn 2026, before continuing into spring 2027 with stops in Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and more.
Set at Westerberg High, Heathers the Musical follows Veronica Sawyer as she navigates the treacherous social hierarchy of high school after being taken in by the feared Heathers, only for a dangerous new outsider, J.D., to change everything.
Based on the 1989 cult film, the musical premiered in Los Angeles in 2013 before transferring to New York, and was later reworked for its London debut in 2018.
The production has since become a fan favourite, winning the WhatsOnStage Award for Best New Musical and enjoying multiple West End runs and tours.
Directed by Andy Fickman, the creative team also includes choreographer Gary Lloyd, designer David Shields, lighting designer Ben Cracknell, sound designer Dan Samson, and musical supervisors Jeremy Wootton and Will Joy.
