You’re starring in Grease as it heads out on tour, what can you tell us about this production?

This Production of Grease is a raw and grittier version of the show than most will be used to!

And you’re making your professional debut, how does it feel to be doing that in such an iconic role?

I am so excited and grateful to be making my professional debut in such an exciting show as well as playing such an iconic role. Very much a pinch me moment!

How do you think you’ll make the role of Sandy your own?

With most characters you play, you end up bringing a large part of yourself into your performance and that is very much the case with Sandy. I have loved being able to discover my own version of the role along with the rest of the incredible cast.

We all know and love the soundtrack to Grease, what’s your favourite musical number and why?

My favourite musical number has to be Greased Lightnin’. Growing up, I used to love listening to the song. Now knowing what lyrics actually mean makes this quite funny to think about now!

How have rehearsals been so far and what have you learned from the experience?

I have absolutely loved rehearsals! The creative team have given us so much scope to create our own version of the show which has been super exciting to put together. I’ve learnt so much from being around amazing performers who I’m continuously learning from.

What would you say to anyone thinking about booking to see Grease on tour?

Book to come see Grease! It’s a new gritty and fun take on the musical and you won’t regret to see this new cast of talented performers!
