Olympic gymnast and Strictly Come Dancing champion Louis Smith MBE will join Strictly professional Nadiya Bychkova and platinum-selling vocal harmony group The Overtones in the 2026 UK tour of Jukebox Idols.
From the producers of the West End hit Rip It Up 60s, Jukebox Idols is a high-energy celebration of the greatest hits from the 1950s and 1960s.
Audiences can expect a dazzling showcase of music and dance, featuring timeless classics from icons like Nat King Cole, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and Motown legends.
Louis Smith will join a stellar ensemble of dancers, bringing his signature charisma and athleticism to the stage.
“I love dancing, so I’m truly thrilled to be joining the cast for the Jukebox Idols tour next year, and relishing the challenge,” said Smith. “Every night during the Rip It Up tours I’d tell people that those shows are the hardest thing I have ever done – even harder than competing at the Olympics and Strictly. I’m not sure anyone ever believed me, but I was telling the truth!
“Seriously, I can’t wait to join Nadiya and The Overtones on tour. We’re going to have a blast bringing the hits from the 50s and 60s to theatres across the UK. We’ll see everybody on the dance floor.”
The Overtones—Mark Franks, Darren Everest, Jay James and Mike Crawshaw—bring their signature blend of rich harmonies and slick choreography to the production.
With six studio albums and twelve sold-out UK tours under their belt, The Overtones are one of the country’s most beloved live acts.
Nadiya Bychkova, a two-time World and European Champion in Ballroom and Latin ’10’ Dance, has been a Strictly Come Dancing professional since 2017.
She has partnered with stars including Davood Ghadami, Lee Ryan, David James, Dan Walker, Matt Goss and Tom Dean.
Nadiya has also co-headlined several successful UK tours, including Here Come The Boys, Once Upon A Time, and Behind The Magic.
The 29-date UK tour of Jukebox Idols kicks off in Perth on 2nd June 2026 and concludes in Malvern on 5th July 2026.
