RepresentAsian: An Evening of Asian Talent will return to the West End on Monday 9 November 2026, taking place at the Lyric Theatre and continuing its mission to celebrate Asian talent in musical theatre while raising funds for future performers.
Following the success of last year’s concert, Nadim Naaman and Roshani Abbey have now joined the line-up alongside previously announced host Nina Wadia.
The concert will raise funds for scholarships supporting young Asian performers training in the arts through a partnership with The Boury Academy.
Organised to champion greater access, diversity and inclusion across the industry, RepresentAsian brings together established West End performers and emerging artists while helping to widen access to professional arts training.
Naaman, whose credits include The Phantom of the Opera and Rumi, and Abbey, known for Operation Mincemeat and Hamilton, join an extensive cast of performers from across the musical theatre industry.
They will perform alongside emerging artists Charlie Moscrop, Sameer Dhanjee and Shivaane Subash, all 2026 graduates of Guildford School of Acting and the Royal Academy of Music, who will make their West End performance debut as part of the event.
Also appearing are Soophia Foroughi, Hiba Elchikhe, Zheng Xi Yong and Mia Kobayashi, whose credits span productions including Aspects of Love, The Prince of Egypt, Everybodyās Talking About Jamie, Titanique, Your Lie in April, 42nd Street and A Chorus Line.
The evening will be hosted by EastEnders star Nina Wadia and is presented in partnership with Dishoom.
The success of the 2025 fundraising concert has already enabled the first RepresentAsian Scholarship to be awarded. Recipient Anya is now training at The Boury Academy thanks to profits generated by the event.
Anya said: āWhen I got the call telling me I was the first RepresentAsian scholar, I was buzzing with joy pride and excitement. I can’t wait to see what comes next! And I am so thankful to RepresentAsian for choosing me. This is definitely the start of something new!ā
Ben Armstrong and Aixa Amarante said: āFollowing an incredible debut in the West End last year, we are thrilled that Nimax have asked us back to the Lyric Theatre for our next instalment of RepresentAsian.
