Brand new rehearsal photographs have been released today for the latest cast of The Play That Goes Wrong, ahead of their performances at London’s Duchess Theatre from Tuesday 3 June 2025.

The Olivier and Tony Award-winning comedy from Mischief is now entering its 11th year in the West End, continuing its reign as one of the capital’s longest-running and most beloved comedies.

Joining the chaos this season are Izzy Edmunds-Clarke as Annie, Jack Hardwick as Chris, Robert Jackson as Robert, Jonty Peach as Jonathan, Charlotte Scott as Sandra, Mitesh Soni as Dennis, Tom Wainwright as Max, and Ronnie Yorke as Trevor.

Winston the dog also returns to play Winston the dog—if he can be found.

Understudies for this cast include Alex Blackie, Jake Burgum, Kitty Devlin, Louise Hoare, and Ed Shamwana.

The Play That Goes Wrong first opened at the Duchess Theatre in September 2014, following its humble beginnings at The Old Red Lion Theatre where it played to just four paying customers.

The show’s enduring success is a testament to the creativity and determination of Mischief, a company formed by a group of drama school graduates who have since built an extraordinary body of work.

A media night to celebrate the new cast will take place on Wednesday 9 July 2025.
