A series of exclusive post-show Q&A sessions has been announced for Redcliffe, the new musical by Jordan Luke Gage, during its limited run at Southwark Playhouse Borough.

The strictly limited production runs from 22 May to 4 July 2026, with Q&A sessions following selected Tuesday matinee performances and one Thursday evening performance.

Each session will last around 25 minutes and will be hosted by a respected voice from the theatre community, focusing on a different creative department each week.

The first session, on Tuesday 2 June, explores the evolution of the music and will be hosted by Alex Wood from the WhatsOnStage Podcast, with Katy Richardson, Ben Tomalin and Jordan Luke Gage taking part.

On Tuesday 9 June, Mickey Jo Boucher from the Micky Jo Theatre Podcast will host a discussion on design with Andrew Exeter and Jordan Luke Gage.

The Tuesday 16 June Q&A focuses on direction and staging, hosted by The London Theatre Review Podcast with director Paul Foster and Jordan Luke Gage.

Tuesday 23 June will see Henry Calvert host a session on character development with members of the cast.

On Tuesday 30 June, Andrew Tomlins from the West End Frame Podcast will host a conversation about the creation of the new musical with producer Paul Taylor-Mills and Jordan Luke Gage.

An additional session takes place on Thursday 2 July, hosted by Stonewall Housing, focusing on exploring queer stories with Jordan Luke Gage.

A percentage of Redcliffe merchandise sales will be donated to Stonewall Housing, the national charity supporting LGBTQ+ people experiencing homelessness or living in unsafe environments.

Set in 18th century England, Redcliffe is based on the true story of William Critchard and Richard Arnold, telling a story of forbidden love during a time of persecution.

Jordan Luke Gage stars as William Critchard and has written the book, music and lyrics for the musical.

The cast also includes Rebecca Lock, Daniel Krikler, Jess Douglas Welsh, Adrian Hansel, Melissa Jacques, Jade Johnson, Phoebe Kyriakopoulos, Joseph Peacock and Steven Serlin.

The production is directed by Paul Foster, with choreography by Emma Woods and set design by Andrew Exeter.

Redcliffe runs fully staged at Southwark Playhouse Borough from 22 May until 4 July 2026.
