The Royal Theatrical Fund has announced the launch of a new podcast series, Actors Never Retire, celebrating the lives, careers and behind-the-scenes stories of performers across stage and screen.

Hosted by actress Molly Hanson, the six-episode series features candid conversations with artists whose careers span decades, offering insight into the realities and rewards of working in the entertainment industry.

Guests include David Alder, Colette Kelly, Hayward Morse, Barbara Rhodes, Myra Sands and Elizabeth Seal, with a special introduction from RTF Chairwoman Samantha Bond and RTF President Robert Lindsay.

Each episode explores topics ranging from backstage mishaps to career-defining moments, as well as reflections on longevity in the profession.

The series is supported by original music from Stefan Bednarczyk, whose extensive theatre and cabaret credits include venues such as the National Theatre, the Lyric Theatre and the Menier Chocolate Factory.
