Following their final performances this summer, Gigglemug Theatre has announced that two of their most successful productions, Scouts! The Musical and A Jaffa Cake Musical, are now available to stream online.
The multi-award-winning company is offering digital tickets for both shows exclusively via Lounges.TV, giving audiences around the world the chance to enjoy the productions from the comfort of their own homes.
Scouts! The Musical, created in partnership with the Scouts, premiered at The Other Palace in 2023 before embarking on a UK tour earlier this year. The show received a Standing Ovation Award and was nominated for a WhatsOnStage Award, an Offie Award, and four Fringe Theatre Awards.
Meanwhile, A Jaffa Cake Musical, inspired by the 1991 court case that settled the debate over whether a Jaffa Cake is a cake or a biscuit, debuted in workshop form at MTFest in 2024. It went on to enjoy two sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, earning over 50 four- and five-star reviews.

We were lucky enough to regularly sell out which meant that people often missed out on tickets, so it’s wonderful that those who missed the productions will now get to see them and those who enjoyed the shows before can watch them again!”
Digital tickets are priced at £10 and are available from Wednesday 12th November via Lounges.TV.
Gigglemug Theatre is known for its unique brand of musical comedy. Their debut show, Timpson: The Musical, won The Stage Award, while their follow-up, RuneSical, was an interactive musical based on the BAFTA-winning game RuneScape.
