The beloved rock‘n’roll spectacular That’ll Be The Day is back this Autumn, celebrating its 40th anniversary with a dazzling UK tour from August to October 2025.

Led by creator and performer Trevor Payne, the smash-hit show will take audiences on a nostalgic journey through the greatest hits of the ‘50s to the ‘80s. The production features an ensemble of talented musicians and singers, delivering a high-energy tribute to the legends of pop culture.

Marking its ruby anniversary, That’ll Be The Day continues its time-tested formula of music, comedy, and vintage adverts. Audiences can expect classic hits from The Beatles, Cliff Richard, ABBA, Tom Jones, The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, and Dolly Parton.

The show also includes laugh-out-loud comedy sketches and iconic cultural moments, making it a unique theatrical experience.

“One of the secrets behind our success is the dedication and hard work of the entire company. I’m especially proud that what began as performances in clubs and holiday camps has evolved into the UK’s number one touring rock and roll theatre show in the country. Unlike any other act I know, That’ll Be The Day refreshes its content annually and strives to improve production year on year. It is unique in many ways and continues to captivate and delight our loyal army of fans across the country.” – Trevor Payne

The production has raised over £1 million for charities including Childline, Make A Wish, Help for Heroes, and the Red Cross Ukraine Appeal through post-show collections.
