Côte Brasserie has announced a sparkling new partnership with Moulin Rouge! The Musical, offering theatre-goers a pre-show dining experience that channels the elegance and romance of Paris.

Available exclusively at Côte’s Covent Garden, Soho, and St Martin’s Lane locations, the limited-edition Moulin Rouge! The Musical menu features four stylish courses and a complimentary glass of Crémant de Bourgogne.

To mark the occasion, Côte has also introduced the Can-Can Sour, a glittering cocktail inspired by the show’s iconic choreography.

This collaboration blends Côte’s Parisian heritage with the theatrical decadence of Moulin Rouge! The Musical, creating a perfect prelude to an evening at the Piccadilly Theatre or a glamorous night in the West End.

The menu, priced at £38.95 per person, has been crafted by Côte’s Executive Chef, Steve Allen, formerly Executive Chef to Gordon Ramsay.

Starters include Crab Maison with avocado and capers, golden Calamari with Provençal mayo, and Chicken Liver Parfait with pink pepper butter and toasted sourdough.

Main courses range from Confit Pork Belly to a Sirloin Steak (with a £8 supplement), alongside vegetarian options like Tomato & Harissa Tagine and Tarte Tatin à la Provençale.

Desserts include Lemongrass & Lime Leaf Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Mousse, a Cheese Plate, and a Chocolate Praline Tart.

A Côte spokesperson said: “Moulin Rouge! The Musical is pure Parisian spectacle – vibrant, glamorous, and full of heart. It made perfect sense to partner with such an iconic show to create a menu that celebrates the richness of French cuisine and the magic of a night out in London. Whether you’re heading to the theatre or just in the mood for a little sparkle, this experience captures everything we love about dining the French way.”

Moulin Rouge! The Musical is now playing at the Piccadilly Theatre, just minutes from Côte’s central London restaurants. Booking is highly recommended.
