Following a sold-out UK tour, Tilted and Danny Robins have announced a global livestream of Uncanny: Fear of the Dark, giving audiences worldwide the chance to experience the hit stage show from home.

The livestream will take place on Friday 25 September 2026 at 7.30pm, with ticket holders able to access the recording for 24 hours after the initial broadcast.

Filmed at Soho Theatre Walthamstow during the show’s acclaimed tour, the production invites audiences to investigate six chilling paranormal cases alongside Robins and resident experts Dr Ciarán O’Keeffe and Evelyn Hollow.

Combining storytelling, audience participation, sound design, video projection and theatrical effects, the show explores reports of hauntings, apparitions, poltergeists, UFOs and other unexplained phenomena.

Viewers will also be able to join discussions through a dedicated Uncanny fan chat forum, sharing their own theories and experiences as the investigation unfolds.

More than 75,000 people attended Uncanny: Fear of the Dark during its sold-out 2025-26 UK tour, with the livestream offering international fans and those who missed out on tickets a chance to experience the show.

Danny Robins said: “I’m thrilled that we are finally able to share our live show with audiences across the world. It’s been a long-held ambition to give international access to the live show experience and now we’re finally able to do just that. I’m particularly pleased that the show was filmed in my local theatre in Walthamstow at the end of a long tour. I have a very clear memory of the atmosphere and excitement in that very special building, and I can’t wait for more people to be able to see it for themselves.”

Director and Tilted founder Sam Hodges said: “This livestream event has taken years of planning. We are delighted with the results and are delighted to be able to share the live show with (even) more people, from the comfort of their own homes. Whether for Uncanny fans who live abroad or weren’t able to make any of the live shows, experiencing these stories for the first time, or for those who want to see it from a totally different perspective, this marks a first for the Uncannysphere and I can’t wait.”

Created and performed by Robins, Uncanny: Fear of the Dark is based on the award-winning BBC Radio 4 and BBC Sounds podcast Uncanny, which has become one of the UK’s most popular podcasts and has also spawned a successful BBC television series.

The livestream has a recommended age guidance of 10+ and runs for approximately 120 minutes plus an interval.
