Empire Street Productions has announced the launch of a brand-new monthly conversation series titled Live From Soho, set to take place at Underbelly Boulevard Soho.

Hosted by ESP CEO and Producer James Bierman, the series will feature creative conversations with artists about their life, work and process. Events will be held on the first Wednesday of every month, with all tickets priced at just £5.

Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to The Schools Consent Project and Everyone’s Invited, supporting vital work in education and advocacy.

The first three guests have now been revealed. Musician, songwriter and actress Rebecca Lucy Taylor AKA Self Esteem will appear on Wednesday 1 October. Olivier and Tony Award-winning director Marianne Elliott will follow on Wednesday 5 November, and acclaimed director Robert Icke will join the conversation on Wednesday 3 December.

Rebecca Lucy Taylor said:
“I’m delighted to be asked to kick off the Live From Soho conversations with James Bierman and Empire Street Productions, it’s going to be a really special night. I’m looking forward to chatting about the creative process and other gossip.”

Marianne Elliott commented:
“If there’s anything I can do to help aspiring artists in the theatre then I’m more than happy to be there. And chatting with James Bierman is a favourite pastime of mine. Here’s hoping both can combine in one night.”

Live From Soho is produced by Empire Street Productions.
