Additionally, Mollica has led innovative digital projects, including a TV and broadcast venture for Sky Kids and Sky Arts aimed at introducing opera to family audiences.
Before her tenure at ENO, Mollica spent over a decade at the Barbican and Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where she held various roles including Director of Creative Learning. There, she developed diverse participatory programs across multiple art forms. Mollica also serves as Chair of the Board for the Clod Ensemble and is a Member of the Lord Lieutenant’s Cultural Heritage Council for London.
In response to her appointment, Mollica expressed her pride and excitement for the future of ENO. She emphasized the organization’s vital role in the arts and her commitment to expanding its reach and impact both in London and Greater Manchester. She looks forward to continuing her collaboration with Artistic Director Annilese Miskimmon and the dedicated ENO team.
