The winners of the 2026 OffWestEnd Awards, known as the Offies, have been announced at a ceremony held at Central Hall Westminster.

Hosted by Divina de Campo in front of an audience of 900, the evening celebrated outstanding work across independent, alternative and Fringe theatre.

More than 50 awards were presented across 10 areas, recognising productions, performers, designers, creators and innovators from over 30 shows.

Reflecting the Offies’ updated awards model introduced in 2025, most categories featured several winners, highlighting the breadth and variety of work across the sector.

This year also marked a milestone, with the ceremony broadcast live for the first time in partnership with The Theatre Channel and ChewBoy Productions.

Among the winners were new and emerging artists alongside established names including Tim Supple, Philip Ridley and Max Pappenheim.

Venues such as the Bush Theatre, Arcola Theatre and Southwark Playhouse received multiple awards.

OffWestEnd Director Denholm Spurr said: “The Offies exist to champion the extraordinary creativity, ambition and resilience of the independent theatre sector. This year’s winners represent the very best of OffWestEnd, and it was a privilege to celebrate their work in a ceremony that could also be shared with audiences watching online.”

Live performances came from Divina de Campo, Ilan Evans, Martin Kaspar Orkestar, Gerel Falconer, Jordan Luke Gage, Daniel Krikler and cast members from A Brief Case of Crazy, showcasing the originality and diversity that define the Off West End scene.

This year’s award slogan, ‘Let’s Show Off’, reinforces OffWestEnd’s mission to spotlight the vitality of London’s independent theatre.
